In writing

In a few words

Your page title and description are what people see in Google before they click. The title is the large blue line, and the description is the small text under it. Treat the description as a tiny advert. Tell people what they will find, and make every page different.

Words explained

Page title: the large line of text that shows in Google and on the browser tab.

Description: the short text under the title in Google results.
